Arrival by Train or Tram, nearest stations:

➡ Burton Road Tram Stop (18 minute walk, or 4 minute by taxi)

Arrival by bus, nearest stops:

➡ Mauldeth Road West (5 minute walk)

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
➡ 15-20 minute by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £15.00)
➡ By train: From Manchester Airport to Mauldeth Road Station via Northern Rail Way, 10-15 minutes, then 20 minute walk to the house.
➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 43 to Withington Library (Stop B), about 30-45 minutes, then 7 minutes walk to the house.

There is an additional charge for the use of sofa beds [regardless of number of guests] and travel cots. Please request these upon booking otherwise it will not be available for use during stay.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
