Great hotel for the arena and the main shopping centres of Manchester City centre. Friendly staff and quiet area of the city. Given it only opened in July 2024, some of the interiors in the room are looking slightly shabby, which is disappointing e.g. threadbare towels. If you’re staying here for a show at the arena, and want a drink in the bar after, it’s worth jogging back otherwise you’ll be queuing for drinks when the rest of the arena turn up! Enjoy.

Hotel and staff great , Only part that let it down was the cooked breafast. Been in warming trays to long and was a bit rubbery especially eggs and black pudding But apart from that, I’d stop again

The hotel was great, well positioned for the Christmas markets and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too .. I didn’t like the check in process of having to do it ourselves on a tablet.. not personal and was tricky to navigate

Pleasant stay
Lovely stay, friendly staff checked in and out with no issues. Room comfortable and clean, not much of a view though looking straight into someone’s private apartment, only downside. Otherwise would recommend to stay in.

I liked that the property was in a good location that you could walk to the Christmas market and other shopping places. I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have a mini fridge at least or a microwave. I also didn’t like the half shower door, definitely not use to it.
