Pre flight stay
Airport hotel, issue was it was a disabled persons room as we are both over 6 foot bathroom was a problem sink and mirror too low, sink was also tiny like you would find in a small cloakroom. Main issue was shower drain was not working, clearly a problem as the top was unscrewed as it was a wet room this meant all the floor got wet and just looked dirty.

At check-in I paid for breakfast, which wasn't part of my original booking. At breakfast time there was an issue due to me not being given a 'breakfast voucher '. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it appears to be in decline.
