My only complaint is the bathroom. Specifically the shower. Desperately need new shower heads. Trying to find the right spot in to rinse my hair is crazy! Tile needs updating too.

Always love a hot breakfast. The hot tub was nice too. My favorite: the fact the bed wasn’t positioned on a shared wall. Made for a very quiet night.

I ordered a room for five. I thought I was getting a couch in the room and they gave us a blow up mattress. Not the room I picked on the website!!! Front management wasn’t accommodating at all. Wasn’t impressed.

Have stayed here many times to visit family. Never had any issues but this was my first time staying on the first floor. My only complaint is the carpet in the room felt damp and dirty. Never had that on the other floors.

This hotel was disgusting! First room had mold all over the bathroom ceiling so we asked for a different room. The new room was worse than the first one. I am shocked as we have never had an issue at a Hampton but this place was horrible!
