The exterior area of this finca offers the opportunity to know an authentic Majorcan country house. The rustic construction, surrounded by pure nature, boasts beautiful corners where you can spend nice moments. The artificial lawn area is perfect to bask in the sun on one of the 2 sunloungers or to enjoy the jacuzzi that can be heated up to 24ºC. Then, you will find several terraces where you can enjoy a glass of wine, a good reading or a family meal or with friends. There are neighbours around. When you enter the house, you find a spacious hall, the dining-kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and a bathroom with a tub. Going upstairs you access the living room -with a TV and AC- the two bedrooms in the house -both with twin beds and a closet- and a second bathroom, in this case with a shower. One of the bedrooms is equipped with AC and has room for a baby cot. A high-chair can also be provided. Finally, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The accommodation is located 6 km away from the town of Manacor where you will find all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. In addition, you will have an easy access to the southern paradisaical beaches and coves like Cala Romántica, only 17.6 km away, and many others. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
