Beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom stone house located on a hill near the village Son Macià, between Felanitx and Manacor.
Upon entering the house through a charming front door, you find yourself in the foyer with a staircase leading to a beautiful living-dining room. It is furnished with oak-colored furniture, a large dining table, a seating area in front of the fireplace, and a television. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and kitchenware.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower. Also on the same floor, there is a guest toilet
The upper floor features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a large terrace shared by both rooms.
From the kitchen, you have access to the back of the house, there is a lovely garden and a spacious covered terrace with a dining table. Additionally, there is a lawn area around the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, and another terrace table—ideal for spending the day outdoors.
