The updated kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and dining table. You'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and fan: one with twin beds and two with double beds, one having an en-suite shower bathroom. Two cots and high chairs are available for families traveling with infants. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upstairs, a second summer living room remains open to the sea breeze, offering sofas and a play area for kids, accessible only from outside. Cala Morlanda, a beautiful sandy cove in S'Illot, is just a short distance away, with easy access to numerous stunning beaches and coves along the eastern Mallorca coastline. Boat excursions along the coast are a must-do! Please note that pets and events are not allowed, and parking is available for one car in the garage.
