Welcome to this magnificent BUMBAMBO house of Mallorcan architecture of 195 m2, with capacity for 10 people, with swimming pool and large garden. This complete and well-maintained property is located in a very quiet area of the town of Manacor, since it is in contact with the rural area of the municipality.

The Bumbanbo house, very well maintained, consists of two floors. It has five rooms, one of them is small and with bunk beds, two large living rooms and two bathrooms, as well as a very nice kitchen. All this offers a lot of space in a very pleasant environment. All rooms were renovated in April 2017 and a functional architecture following the Mallorcan style.

The living room is a very bright, cozy and beautifully decorated space, which makes it the perfect space to rest in comfortable sofas while watching satellite television, surfing the internet (WIFI) or reading a book. It has a wood stove for the coldest days, with direct access to the outside area.

The house has a large kitchen with a lot of charm, which is very well equipped and maintained so that you can have all the elements and cook any dish that you want during your stay. Among others you will find: blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, juicer, kettle, etc. In the same kitchen there is a dining area where you can enjoy meals comfortably.

The terraces in front and behind the house guarantee the shade at any time of the day. In addition, beautiful Mediterranean plants planted in front and behind the house make the stay even more enjoyable. The exteriors are very careful. The garden is spacious and its large terraces, together with the green of the 300 m² of lawn, will make you enjoy the good weather of the island. The porch, about 80 m², looks over the garden and the pool. It is a fully equipped space that can be accessed from the kitchen. You will enjoy long evenings taking the fresco in this corner or making dinner using the barbecue.
The accommodation also has a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The five double bedrooms are spacious and bright. The accommodation is equipped with two satellite TVs and Wi-Fi.
It has a small pool, which has a fence and a ladder. The current pool used to be the cistern where rainwater was once collected. Over time, it has been transformed into a fun holiday home for children. In the garden there is a trampoline for your enjoyment. A swing for children.

At the end of the summer, you can taste the figs, the fruits of the typical Majorcan fig trees, which are located behind the house. Property has parking for 5 vehicles.
