On the ground floor, in addition to a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, micro, etc), further comfortable seating area, dining area and a bedroom with separate bathroom. On the upper level there are another 3 bedrooms, and two more bathrooms. One of it's suite. Air conditioning hot / cold are available in all rooms. This makes it habitable in winter. There are also washer, dryer, grill and 6 chairs. The infinity pool with outdoor shower is 5x3x2m (depth) and run over with well-kept lawn. The terrace invites you to linger. Wonderful villa with stunning views
We spent a week here at the end of October. A fabulous villa with stunning views in a great location. The house was very well equipped both inside and out. Just a couple of minutes walk to local mini-market and a very good restaurant '15fifteen'. Easy 10 min walk to the nearest beach, Cala Anguila and a little further to Cala Mendia. 5 mins in the car to Cala Romantica. Porto Cristo is only 10 mins in the car or easy to get a taxi; lovely harbour with great restaurants, 'Quince' was our favourite. Very peaceful residential area with easy access to busier places like Sa Coma and Cala Millor. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely book this villa again if staying in this part of the island. Thank you to Janine at Mallorcareise for great communication.

Beautiful Villa
This is a beautiful Villa, very well stocked with pots, glasses towels etc. It is in a very quiete location but only a 5 min taxi ride from Porto Cristo town centre. The infinity pool over looking the sea is spectacular and in the evening you can turn on the pool light which gives a multi coloured display. The managers met us at the house and were very courteous but can only speak Spanish so have you smart phone app translator ready. There is a local shop only 5 mins walk away with a very good restaurant next door called 15. the lovely Cala Anguila beach with its beach bar is only 10 mins walk, then Cala mendia beach only another 10 mins walk with a better beach bar and restaurant. The villa is big with plenty of space araound it. The only draw back is that I would say it is not really suitable for youg children as at the end of the garden there is a rocky drop into the sea which is only protected by a couple of unsteady posts connected with ropes Gaza
