Sherwin Villas #63 is a great place to stay in Mammoth Lakes. A group of friends or small family will love this prime location. There is a free shuttle service to the mountain that is offered during the winter. You have the option of taking the red or green line. The red line travels to the Village and Main Lodge. The green line travels to the Village and Eagle lodge. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

A large fireplace welcomes you and creates a cozy atmosphere. A flat-screen television is mounted perfectly for watching a movie with the family. A VCR, DVD player, and telephone (local calls only) are provided for your enjoyment. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 additional sleeping options. Step outside onto the balcony to get some fresh air and take in the surrounding views.

A fully equipped kitchen has a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, and more. Bring your guests over to the dining table with seating for 6 to enjoy a homemade meal.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King bed and TV. A vanity is located in the room, so multiple guests can get ready for the day simultaneously. There is a full bathroom with a large shower and vanity for all guests to use.

There are 2 unassigned parking spaces and shared laundry facilities available. The shared tennis court stations are only open during the summer.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Perfectly Cozy Condo

We decided to take advantage of the snow dump Mammoth had this winter and couldn't have been happier here. The condo was clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend away. Everything was as it is in the description and check-in/out was super easy. Will bookmark and stay here again!

Perfect for us!!!

My daughter lives full time in the complex, so this was very Convenient for us!! Plenty of towels and supplies for the two of us. A bit inconvenient having to retrieve a key and return it to a separate location....a code lock is always easier, but other than that the place was great!!

Great spot for short stay

Over all pretty happy with the unit, I know the property well so finding it was a breeze. Cleanliness was there and they even have new couches! Not shown on the listing.

The complex is very nice. But it’s right by a very busy street with the windows having to be open because of no AC …. You heard traffic and loud noises all night.

Great location

Overall very satisfied for the price! great location free bus for the Mammoth Area only 10 yards from the front door. Only disappointment was the effort it took to get the Tv to work , one controller turned the tv on and adjusted the sound a 2nd controller changed the channel and gave you a channel guide

Simple and convenient

We pretty much had everything we needed. Space was tight around the kitchen table, but we made it work. We had trouble figuring out the lock mechanism to get the key - instructions were there, and we followed them, but it still took like 4-5 trys to get it open. Maybe an updated process would help

This property was terrible, very outdated, filthy carpet and overall cleanliness was bad. Pictures did not look like what we got. Have been a loyal VRBO customer for years, check out my record, will NEVER rent from Grand Vacations again!!

Would not recommend

First off, let me say that I did not expect this property to be extremely nice considering the price. The furniture and appliances (excluding the TVs) were very outdated, but you get what you pay for! The biggest issue I had with the condo was the bed in the bedroom. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, you could feel the springs digging into your back. My boyfriend and I both woke up with body aches because of how terrible the bed was! Everything else was minor compared to this... the window in the bedroom did not close completely which allowed a lot of noise from outside to come in and the light in the kitchen was out on Friday & Saturday until 7:00 pm. You could also hear the condo directly above, they were walking around until about 3am! Overall, I would not recommend this condo.
