Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. What a nice place to stay!! We stayed one of the biggest room and it was just amazing! Super clean, comfortable bed, well maintained. I saw many people complain about AC but it was ok for us. Just open the windows and feel the clean air and breeze. The room is huge room like Airbnb. Also it was very easy to go to village. I would love to come back!

No AC in the room and it got so warm in the room that we had to borrow an extra electric fan from the front desk,otherwise location was good and close to the town center.

This was a welcoming spot near the main street in Mammoth Lakes. It was clean and comfortable, making my stay easy. They had everything I needed... mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, hair dryer and comfortable bed. I only wish there was a recycling option.
