This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus loft, 2 car garage with a capacity of holding two midsize or small vehicles ONLY plus an in-unit laundry room.
This home sleeps a maximum of 10 people and up to 3 furry family members. Additional fee's apply for our furry family members unless you have a certified service pet. This is a non-smoking home including any vaping, any smoking must be done a minimum of 20 feet away from any front door or presence of another. Please also be aware we have a full-time owner next door and does require our guest to follow the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am.
The home is south facing and extremely inviting, it gives you the feeling of being in the mountains. The vaulted ceiling and open floor plan are ideal for large families or multiple families.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 car garage, and a large mud room to remove snow equipment with wall storage.
The first bedroom farthest to the back with a queen size bed, tastefully decorated shares a full size bathroom in between the second bedroom which is a little smaller but has a full size bunk bed with memory foam mattress for full comfort and relaxation. Both rooms have plenty of closet space for all your belongings.
The bathroom has a shower/ bath-tub with plenty of supplies and towels for your guests.
On the 2nd level is the open living room with fireplace which is attached to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials to cook and entertain and prepare meals for your group. The dinning area is right behind the couch that sits up to four comfortable and the kitchen bar has stools for seating.
Relax and unwind on the comfortable sectional couch while watching T.V. on the 90inch flat screen. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace, wood is provided and located in the garage. It provides a majority of heat to the two upper levels of the home along with forced heat and portable humidifiers, heater combos. The open patio along the living area provides natural sunlight year round and beautiful views year round. It is a perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and beautifully remodeled master bathroom with a modern large walk in shower, and double vanity sink. A laundry room is attached to the living area with a washer, dryer, extra linens and blankets for your convenience.
The loft area is above the kitchen and has a bathroom attached with a full sink area and walk in shower. One full size bunk bed and twin are in the loft area with wood siding and large windows that provide a lot of light during the spring and summer months. It’s the perfect hang out for kids / teens or extra work area. Remember to open the cupboards located right under the loft stairs beside the dinning table for board games, puzzles and card games.
“PET POLICY"
All pets are subject to a separate charge. All pets are to be supervised at all times, leaving your pets alone in a strange home is extremely stressful and could lead to unintentional damage, barking and or neighborly concerns. Barking will not be permitted at any time for any duration, we expect they would communicate or warn you of any passer byers but continuous barking is prohibited. Please make sure they are always on a leash as required by the Town of Mammoth Lakes. Please remember to allows pick up after your pet, leave no trace behind including in any open wooded area in Mammoth Lakes.
Service animals are allowed with prior notice at time of booking if avoiding any fees. We need to know how we are to accommodate your pet if it is servicing.
Service animals may never be left unattended in the unit, by law any service animal is to be servicing 24/7 and necessary to be doing so during your entire stay. Animals found unattended will be promptly result in a loss of your deposit and asked that it be removed, boarded at the owners expense, or termination of your rental agreement.
