Good quiet location on outskirts of Lund , but car essential for getting to town. Breakfast and breakfast veranda excellent, but beds and bedding need improvement. Likewise, no staff in sight when we arrived for our reserved check-in at 2 pm, and it took us a little time to figure out which building our room was in and how to find our room. We were lucky weather was nice. Staff we did see was courteous and friendly, but a more formal welcome and orientation would make a big difference. As Jan Carlzon, former CEO of SAS, liked to say in his book ” The Moment of Truth”’ the first contact between a client and a representative of the service is the moment of truth. E-mail contact alone is a bit impersonal!:)
