The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Terrasse” is situated in the Pritscheshof apartment building in Planeil (Planol), a little village in the western part of the beautiful Ötztal Alps in South Tyrol, and is ideal for hiking or cycling holidays in the stunning mountain scenery. The 70 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include satellite/cable television and a children’s bed. The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains - the perfect spot to start the day with breakfast and a cup of coffee or for barbecued dinners in the evening. After a 12-minute drive (7 km) to Mals (Malles), you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and bakeries, as well as a train station. The nearest skiing area is located next to the lake Haidersee, which is only a 3-minute drive (7.5 km) away, and many mountain tracks and famous peaks are in the immediate vicinity of the village. South Tyrol’s vibrant capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) can be reached after a one-hour-and-30-minute-drive (90 km) through picturesque valleys. The closest Swiss Alps can also be visited after a 30-minute drive (20 km) across the border.

Grosszügige, helle und gut eingerichtete Wohnung.
Alles in allem sehr gut! Leider etwas schwierig zu finden und mit viel Schnee oder Eis ohne Vierradantrieb und mit breitem Auto eine grosse Herausforderung, weil das Dorf steile und enge Gassen hat. Die Wohnung ist schön und bequem, einzig die Matratzen sind sehr hart und Vorhänge an den riesigen Fenstern wären nett, weil es in den Räumen etwas hallt und ausserdem gemütlicher wäre. Sehr schöne Terasse, auch da hat es alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende des Dorfes, so dass es auch mit Hunden äusserst praktisch ist und man sehr schön laufen gehen kann.
