Village Villa M****, is designed in a style that has kept the traditional look of the house but is refined with modern details. It is located in a quiet place, not far from Malinska. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private swimming pool, sunbathing area and beautiful Mediterranean garden.

Village Villa M is equipped with all the technical amenities you may need (WiFi, air conditioning, Sat TV) and is divided into two floors. It has a total of 3 bedrooms, located on the first floor. Master bedroom with double bed has a private bathroom. The other two rooms are conceived in a way that one has a double bed, and the other is a child room with bunk beds. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor. The villa is ideal for accommodating 6 people, although there is a possibility of an extra double bed in the living room for another two persons. A living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, are located on the ground floor of a villa.

Outside, you have a wonderful outdoor dining area and a kitchenette with a grill. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers with parasols. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is an outdoor park for children.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Villa has one powerful air conditioning unit on the ground floor, and another on the first floor. Pool is seasonal ( 01.04.-02.11.) and has 3 x 8 m and is 140 cm deep.
Pet fee is charged 150€ per stay/ per pet.
There is a parking space for 3 vehicles.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock. Free self parking is available.
