This modern and spacious villa is located near the center of Malinska and close to beaches.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, from which one with three beds, 2 double and one single. Three of them have private bathrooms with shower, double sink and hairdryer. The smallest room does not have a bathroom inside the room.
The playroom is on the second floor and includes a kid's corner, a ping pong table and stationary bike and orbitbit inb front of the window with a wonderfull sea view. There are 2 shower and toilets as well as an additional refrigerator to keep your cold drinks at hand reach.
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with access to a terrace with sunbeds by the pool.
