What a lovely hotel and what a lovely team of people working there. From the moment we arrived to when we left, staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was fab; an amazing shower, tasteful decor, comfy bed, plenty of hanging space and a decent sized fridge/minibar. We paid for a city view; I think it was worth this because we looked out into trees and the route to the harbour, which was nice Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Security was good. The lifts requires your key card to get to your room, which we liked. We are interested to see what other RoomMate hotels are like for future trips.

Lovely and almost perfect
Our stay and room were both lovely. The only difficulty with this hotel is that its entrance is not on a street, so you cannot drive up to the front door. That makes finding a Bolt or Uber to take you someplace is also a challenge. We eventually figured out the trick to doing this seamlessly but it seems like something the front desk should have known and been able to explain.

A perfectly positioned hotel, easy to reach most of the attractions, shopping and restaurants. It is clean, comfortable and the staff really friendly. It is also only a 10 minute walk from the station that links directly with the airport and other resorts along the coast

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Our room was so nice. We were able to open up our balcony door and look out onto the city and harbor. We walked everywhere and we will definitively return! The rooftop pool was awesome and the view from there was spectacular!
