Family rural house surrounded by nature and with good communication to the villages of the area and the province of Malaga.
Wonderful rural house for 8 people
Having a balance between the rural atmosphere and the comforts of urban life is possible in this rural house, where nature, views and silence will give you the experience you are looking for in your holidays.
Only a few minutes drive from Olías, the access is easy and comfortable to drive on good asphalted mountain roads. Only the last stretch (which is the one that approaches the rural house, about 600 metres) is unpaved, but it is compact and safe terrain.
In the municipality of Olías you will find everything you need to get by on a day-to-day basis. However, if what you want is to enjoy large shopping areas, it is only 20 minutes by road to the nearest shopping complex.
Enjoying the beaches of the Costa del Sol and the province of Malaga, as well as its socio-cultural offer will not take you long to drive and you will be able to complement the experience of this beautiful rural house with the experience of living Malaga and everything that surrounds this beautiful city.
With complete exteriors, natural shadows thanks to the trees that cover the exteriors, a nice outdoor kitchen and wide accesses from the interior of the house to all the exterior area. There are unfenced areas of the property, so be careful with the little ones.
The tastefully furnished interiors are divided into a large living/dining room with open plan kitchen, TV area with fireplace and dining area. It will be one of the family's meeting points. Watching films or series together on the Smart TV is possible thanks to the Startlink satellite internet connection.
There will be three air-conditioned sleeping areas with heat pump air conditioning, with space to store luggage comfortably and tidily and windows to the outside.
Of the three bedrooms, two of them are located in the main area of the guesthouse, one of them has space for four people with a double bed and a bunk bed, the second bedroom has a double bed. Between these two bedrooms there is a large bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom is independent from the rest of the house and is located on the outside. It is equipped with a small and functional kitchen, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a double bed.
Please note that this accommodation is subject to a prior payment of a deposit which must be paid before your arrival. The refund of this deposit will be executed 48 hours after your departure.
