Great hotel that was very clean with great staff.
The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. There was a machine at the front desk but the price was a little high for the small cups provide. The staff was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Apartments are of a generous size if basic. Fridge and microwave were old and in poor condition. Parking was underground entry via a buzzer and ticket system exit via a token!

Property seemed worn. In a residential area, far from amenities. Parking garage was dark and scary. Public transportation was limited. Neighbouring room guests were very loud, for both nights we stayed. Room was large. Bathroom was large, however we could not regulate the water temperature for a shower.

Stayed there for a week (work-related trip). Nice, quite area, although a bit far away from local amenities in the town centre. Nice staff who were ready to change my apartment when I said I needed a microwave. Some TV sets are a bit old.

Value for money and comfort comes first
We stayed there for two nights. In light of the comfort and the value for money, we stayed for an additional night. My son enjoyed the swimming pool while I enjoyed the kitchen, making a lot of Spanish meals and having great time together with the family.

La chambre est très vieillotte avec un matelas inconfortable car on sentait tous les ressorts. la cuisine est dans un état déplorable tout est à jeter. Couverts dépareillés, portes qui ne ferment plus. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. On entend tout des voisins. Il faisait 32 degrés et pas possible d'aller dans le jardin car plus de piscine ouverte (fin septembre). Logement éloigné de tout. Machine à café dans le hall qui est hs.

Sin opción a tomar algo por la noche sin tener q coger el coche.en las fechas q estuve el horario de piscina /bar a destiempo con mi horario de 13:00 a 21:00 el horario q disponía yo para estar en Sevilla con lo cual no lo pude aproveche.Por lo demás la habitacion está bien aunque necesita una modernización.La próxima vez me cogeré un alojamiento más céntrico o con más opciones a servicios
