We had to do our checking from another property, the Chateau was not occupied at al. The next morning, excavation machine, trucks and bulldozers, rollers start working after 7:00 AM. Although somewhat rustic, the Chateau conserva a cachet of Ancestral building in the city of Magog.

No coffee in the room, but beautiful comfortable, quiet. Coffee was downstairs. Better than average coffee. The room and beautiful historic place was amazing. 2 nights would have been nice just to enjoy the building and room 8!

The building is a charming home built in the 19th century. It shows that “old world charm”. The office did not have a record of our Expedia reservation, but, thankfully she was able to accommodate us. The employee gave us good recommendations for meals.

Hôtel vieillot. Nous avions réservé une cham bre familiale qui etait très petite. Plusieurs elements defraichis (jupe de lit déchirée, lampe cassée). Il n'y avait pas de recepetion a l'heure où nous sommes arrivés (vers 16h), seulement une porte à code. Ça ne nous a pas inspiré confiance.
