We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and welcomed by reception stuff. We had a problem with hot water in shower and it was solved by them very quickly, especially by mr. Jeyabalam who also helped us by finding transportation back to kochin. The restaurant in the hotel also very good and not pricy. All in all a good hotel with great location.

Great find
We LOVED staying at the Moskva Hotel - although the bathroom was not as updated as I prefer, the place was clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the place just had wonderful character. The staff was the kind and friendly- this is what made me LOVE the hotel - unbeatable in this category. The breakfast was also very nice, and the restaurant staff was also ridiculously kind.

Wifi aléatoire, il faut plusieurs fois par jour changer la clé, personnel de bonne volonté mais non formé, wc inondés par la douche voisine, chambre 207 aveugle , hôtel donnant sur une 4 voies et dans quartier sans restaurant. Breakfast excellent et varié, seul point correspondant au classement
