Noisy
before we went we read reviews and people complained of the noise outside. I thought "ah, shut up. Its a city". It is amazingly noisy though. Theh seem to.empty the bins and wash the street every night at 1.30am and about 4am. Also, room was fine although it could do with a hanger for wet coats and better storage but it was literally right next ro reception. No corridor, open the door and theres the desk. A bit impersonal. Location is great.

Esta propiedad esta muy bien ubicada , limpia y lo mejor ac y elevador Cafe muy rico pagando pero vale la pena al despertar poder preparar tu cafe y diafrutarlo en tu habitacion mientras te preparas para tu dia. Perfect stay
Love this hotel. It is a little hard to get into, but once you get into the building and meet the staff, all your problems are solved. Easy to get in/out. The place is perfectly clean and was great location to walk around town. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic stay in Madrid. Very well located in the heart of the city. Staff very attentive even communicating before the trip, especially Cristina. Staff absolutely helpful if any need arises. Comfortable room with the basics and bed quite comfortable. Great stay and I will again:)

Aside from the instructions at check in not being exactly clear, everything was perfect. The hospitality from every staff member was suberb. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that you have to keep in mind is it's literally a room with a bathroom on one floor with other rooms right next to each other. You can't hear the other guests in their rooms but you can hear everything from the halls. There was construction happening on one of the other floors which was fairly loud. Not the property's fault. You are close to everything and in my opinion in walking distance to most things. The neighborhood felt safe.

I liked that it was near all the important sights of Madrid and it was quiet. Once you made it to the 2nd floor the hotel (more like guest rooms) small lobby and a hall with rooms, the rooms were small but nice, clean and quiet. I did not like that to get to the rooms you have to go to a second floor and the 1st floor felt cold, dark . It gave the appearance that you were in the wrong place.

The property lack a sign to indicate where is the front desk of the hotel (second level). We helped numerous people coming to the hotel and getting lost as we did. No instructions were given to us. After several messages we discovered that their WhatsApp is the best and only way to communicate

Woohoo Rooms Chueca was a nice cozy little place. The rooms were clean and although the staff wasn't always on premises, they WERE very attentive to our needs through text and email. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that you could hear the trash trucks from our window LOUDLY every morning at about like 3 AM.

Although I had issues at the beginning because the instructions for the entrance were not too clear. I was suppose to get instructions to come in and never did. Apparently Expedia was suppose to do that. After all misunderstandings, my stay was enjoyable and the staff was very kind.

Parking is expensive and you have pay to use an adjacent structure as there are no other parking options around. I wish we had known ahead of time, I also feel like you should get free or significantly discounted parking when staying at this hotel! This is my only reason for giving a lower rating. Other than that, the property is cool and the staff is so sweet and welcoming!
