The room was great - good bed and shower and very quiet with the balcony doors closed. Outstanding location just off Plaza del Sol. Hotel occupies 3rd and 4th floor of a multi tenant building which is kind of unusual and the elevator is 8 square feet (2 people & 2 bags cannot fit into it). No free coffee (€1 and you have to pay with your phone using a QR code) but many coffee options nearby. All in all a good place to stay.

Centrally located but more hostel vibes
The hotel in the centre & very close to all tourist attractions. The building in which the hotel is very old with an old elevator to fit only 1-2 people with no luggage. If someone doesn’t close the external door of the elevator, you are stuck to walk up/down 4 flights of stairs with luggage!! It gave more of hostel kind of vibes & may not be suited for family.

The place is very nice. Though the scent of air freshener is overpowering, not good for someone with allergic rhinitis. Also they were not able to fix the loose wall lamp next to my bunkbed… minor flaws. Easily fixable.
