In a very convenient location! Super clean and has all the amenities you may desire while in Madrid. Be warned that unless in a city taxi, car services will not pick up or drop off directly in front of the hotel. It was no problem for me, and although it’s a short walk to the nearest main street, this is something to be aware of if / when carrying luggage. I’d stay here again!

very well appointed and clean hotel, the staff were all friendly and great. The buffet breakfast was nice and the live music and champagne were a great touch. The bread was v. strange, but you can ask a member of staff for a regular toast. The only slight downside of the room was that the bed was too small (we requested a king size but didn't receive that) and so we didn't sleep as well as we could have done. To be fair we were too tired to ask for a different room, but in retrospect we should have done. Having said all that - the hotel is stylish, super clean and in a superb location, with a theatre on-site. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is all about music. There is music playing throughout the entire hotel at all times. As an added bonus, there is a theater in the lobby of the hotel.

Good: Centrally located and had a nice rooftop bar. Bad: Not that easily accessible to taxi pick-up/drop-off points. Our side of hotel overlooked busy street that included all-night mini-mart. Voices from street could be heard throughout the night.

The property/room itself was great!!! Spacious, very clean, new and modern. All types of toiletries are in the bathroom area in case you need something. The patio was amazing!!! Great view and nice to get some fresh air and a view of the plaza! All the staff were incredible! Always helpful with recommendations and any accommodation we needed! Will stay here again!!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared and the presentation was artistic. We loved the deep and long soaking tub, while listening to our favorite music over the room's private speakers! Our view overlooked the people walking on the street, a delightful ambiance for Madrid. The interior design was beautiful. We appreciated the record music library and guitars on display. We want to hold Zinzino business meetings in the beautiful theater! It was the perfect place to relax as guests must be 16 .

This hotel is in a great location, it’s very cool, lovely and quiet. Our room was small but okay. We didn’t get robes as I think we should have done. Also pool wasn’t open, they said because of weather. But overall a great stay
