Our 2nd time staying at the Umusic Hotel. Actually got our same terrace room as last time and we love it!Very convenient hotel...walk right out to shopping...dining and site seeing. The staff here is A !They are so friendly and very helpful . We will be staying here on all our trips to Madrid.Again...A Staff and great hotel!

The Welcome champagne and Friendly Concierge was Wonderful. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. The cost of breakfast was not specified upon check-in and was over priced for the options available. We were not advised of the cost until check out. That was disappointing.

Property was unique & in a good location. I did not like the room. Awkward layout. TV in a location that you could not view it unless you stood near the bathroom. The bathroom was not separated from the room. Sink & tub in room. Only a partial glass door separated toilet.

In a very convenient location! Super clean and has all the amenities you may desire while in Madrid. Be warned that unless in a city taxi, car services will not pick up or drop off directly in front of the hotel. It was no problem for me, and although it’s a short walk to the nearest main street, this is something to be aware of if / when carrying luggage. I’d stay here again!

very well appointed and clean hotel, the staff were all friendly and great. The buffet breakfast was nice and the live music and champagne were a great touch. The bread was v. strange, but you can ask a member of staff for a regular toast. The only slight downside of the room was that the bed was too small (we requested a king size but didn't receive that) and so we didn't sleep as well as we could have done. To be fair we were too tired to ask for a different room, but in retrospect we should have done. Having said all that - the hotel is stylish, super clean and in a superb location, with a theatre on-site. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is all about music. There is music playing throughout the entire hotel at all times. As an added bonus, there is a theater in the lobby of the hotel.
