Do not recommend. We stayed here for 4 nights and nobody was able to sleep due to noise 24/7. The main bedroom faces off to a constantly busy pedestrianised street and above a late night sandwich shop. When people enter/exit the building, you hear everything, particularly in the living area / 2nd bedroom. We wanted to move and amongst the advice was to buy some earplugs. We didn’t sleep and didn’t want to spend time in the apartment. It was clean.

Our stay was great. Perfect Location.
I'd read mixed reviews before booking, but for 3 nights it was a good price and you cant get a better location, so we booked. I can only comment on our own experience, 31, 3rd Floor. The lift does not stop at 3, but does stop at 2. If you have suitcases, take note! The apartment was fine for us and our teenage daughter. It was clean, comfy and there was plenty of space when the sofa bed is put away. Basic kitchenette and small bathroom with a shower, but big enough, and clean. Good air con too, though fiddly to initially turn on with the remote. Its a relatively modern apartment, and yes, some bits here and there are worn, but this didnt impact our stay and we would be happy to stay in that apartment again. 2 tube stations, Sol and Opera, within a 3 or 4 minute walk and many of Madrid's hilights are within a 20 to 30 minute stroll. Some are closer.

Great location....uncomfortable stay
Communication from the management could have been better. It took us 15 minutes to find the building once we were dropped off by the uber. Elevator takes you to only foors 1, 2 and 5. My room was on 4 which meant I had to lift my luggage on the stairs. The hot water tank is very small. It produces hot water enough for just one person. The water pressure is extremely low as well. Wifi didnt work for me at all during our stay.

Central Location
Convenient location in the centre of the city. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. It was useful to be able to deposit our luggage in the nearby office on our day of departure. Good value for central Madrid.

Excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Close distance to a few metro stations. The place was good except for the sofa bed. Extremely uncomfortable and no room to use kitchen when its unfolded.

Good value for money. Great location for walkable holiday. Plenty of space for 3 people. 2 large bedrooms with own bathrooms. Despite saying no elevator there was one. Good communication and easy to use the electronic key from phone.
