The location of the apartment is incredible. Also the size of the flat and the interior is pretty cool. What I loved very much was the dishwasher and washing machine. Some negative points: - You can hear the neighbors talking through the walls - Water Stains on the walls in the bedroom area -Fungus in the bathroom by the window. Didn’t touch it. - Floors looked clean, but were very dirty. - Bed looks nice, but it’s not very comfortable to sleep in - The door is very thin and easily to break in. I was really not feeling save in the flat. You should put a lock on the inside of the door.

Ideal location right next to Gran via, property was clean and well kept. Property was walking distance to main train stations, restaurants and bars. My only criticism would be that the hot water went after an hour. Overall 8/10

Location is very good for us. The apartment is fairly noisy, however. That is to be expected in a big city I suppose. The washing machine and the dishwasher were welcome amenities. A drying rack or some other way to dryer clothing would’ve been welcomed. Biggest issue with the property was that we were three adults traveling together and was supposed to have four twin beds instead it had two small doubles sleeping difficult. when I reported this to the property, they argued with me and told me that there were in fact, two twin beds and one of the bedrooms and that we would be able to separate them, but there were definitely not! I end up sleeping on the super sofa in the living room, which is never ideal, but made elderly mother more comfortable.

The location is incredible. Lots of options available. The property is very beat up. Furniture is old and dirty. Not to mention CHEAP!! I would definitely stay in Chueca, but not in the unit!!
