Beautiful property, I would stay here again. Very comfortable beds and showers, and great closet space. 4 stars because the sink faucets spray water everywhere (I stayed in 2 different rooms and both did this), there was no kettle/coffee or tea in the rooms, and the staff in the bar have too many tasks outside of the bar so guests have to wait quite a while to place an order

Luxurious stay and amazing value
Lived up to the hype! We had a beautiful terrace that you could spend all day on, a fantastic welcome with the bottle of sparkling wine, and the room was wonderful and luxurious. An amazing location as well that was walkable to Chueca and the centre but still a calm neighbourhood at the same time. Fully recommend it.

Excellently located just steps away from Alfonso Martinez metro and surrounded by endless food and shopping options. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are large with large windows that look out onto the street. Inviting terrace with bar/lounge library area on main floor. Good variety offered at breakfast. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the area feels safe, there are dining options around, close to the airport, close to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, like 30 min walk distance from Madrid Centro, not that bad. The hotel has a classic look, breakfast was also good, different options, the terrace is amazing but we only enjoyed it one night. The only thing I would say is that ladies staff at front desk might be a little rude sometimes, expect for a guy that was always willing to help and going the extra mile. I think his name was Marco is Marcos, something like that. Besides that everything else was good. I would stay at this hotel in another opportunity. They even helped us saving our bag until it was time for our check in. Thank you!
