We booked two rooms for our family. The place is centrally located with numbers of grocery and dining options nearby. The town is very walkable, and an easy drive to Madrid. The air conditioning in one of the rooms barely worked and was uncomfortable. The elevator was scary and so we took the stairs to our rooms, during our two day stay.

Fatal. El minibar metia mucho ruido, casi no nos dejo dormir. El colchon, viejo se hundia muchisimo y era muy incomodo. La ducha apenas tenia presion. Ademas, en invierno, el termo es pequeño y la ducha caliente apenas da para 2 personas.

Cumple con lo requerido para descansar , sus paredes son muy delgadas y algunas veces las personas hacen mucho ruido y no puedes descanza bien. Todo o demás muy agradable. Me hospedaría de nuevo ahí

Al llegar estaba el aire acondicionado a 17 grados, siendo la temperatura de la calle de 2 grados, al final lo arreglaron. El agua de la ducha salía tibia con el frío que hace en diciembre. La almohada era horrible.

Habitación muy estrecha y poco espacio para ser familiar, el carrito del niño no cabe por el pasillo de entrada a la habitación, lo tenia que dejar en la entrada obstaculizando la puerta y para poder entrar o salir de la habitación había que meterlo en el baño. Además proporcionan a los clientes una información falsa sobre las comunicaciones de transportes de autobús con el parque Warne,muy malas comunicaciones, no hay autobús cada 30' como informan, y se supone que están especializado en el parque Warner.

Al principio con mal pie, pues no habian recibido o eso decian las peticiones y problemas que teniamos.. pero se soluciono. La mini balera sin tapón, habutaciines minúsculas.... desee que cambiaron de dueños a peor... ya no lo voy a recomendar más, camas incomodas, almohadas inservibles y malas... fatal
