Best Hotel In Central Madrid
The hotel was in the best location of Madrid. It is central to so much and the staff was beyond helpful. The hotel room itself was very clean and adorable.

Great place to stay and explore madrid
Location couldn't be any better. 5 minute walk to the market for the BEST food in town. 10 minutes to palace. The only thing that could've been better is the mattress but the price was right for a location central to everything and very clean. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, our first rooms was reall small the air Conditioner wasn’t working well, in the room was not clean that well specially the bathroom, we then asked to have us change to another room they did the bathroom is bigger the Air conditioner was still working decently and much cleaner

The Hotel Plaza Mayor is a very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel just a few steps from Plaza Mayor many of Madrid’s many downtown wonders. We will be back.

Customer service, I asked them for better beds because the beds in the room were not comfortable at all. Their response was, oh you booked the room. I had to cancel though I paid in advance, so I paid penalty. I booked same day with Vincci via 66, what a great hotel with wonderful customer service and great amenities for same price. Better location also.
