A few improvements that need to be made to the property but overall a very comfy and quiet place to stay, very convenient for local dining and entertainment, the parking situation in Madrid is crazy (Over a 1000 euros for parking during our stay), (the building has a beautiful parking place in the lower level but for some reasons was shut down),in general it was very nice and right on the center of the city.

The check in process was very difficult and inconvenient. With limited and almost no timely response from property staff. Their ID picture verification process is very hard to complete. Was told 3 times that they were unable to see pictures clearly. It took 3 hours waiting outside the building in the heat, until we were able to talk to the customer service rep and resend the pictures with a different app. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Don't think twice,it is the place tostay in Madrid
The place was very well-located, near the principal attractions 10 minutes by walk to the Palacio Real, 15 minutes by walk to the Plaza Mayor, and around 20 minutes by walk to the Gran Via. Also, near two principal metro stations. The place has an elevator which is a plus when you are in Europe. The apartment has everything that you need to spend a very good time in Madrid, like an oven, stove, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. There is no reception desk everything is by phone or email, but the communication with the owner was super good and quick.

Modern standart studio
Very comfortable self check in especially for late arriving. Modern standard good facilities. When I choose an apartment, it is very important for me to be close to the center and I also love large, bright windows. The location is not very convenient, the view from the window is to the windows opposite, I have to close the curtains. Expensive relative to the terms offered. I like apartments with character, not necessarily new, this one is too standard for my taste, but with new equipment.
