Fabulous new property
New hotel with comfy and stylish public areas. The room was stunning - very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Transport to and from the new terminal at Madrid airport every 30 minutes. The only downside is access to food and drink. The breakfast is cleared at 10h30 and then nothing offered at all until lunchtime - and there is no room service. As an airport hotel there should be access to 24/7 food/drink as arrivals are constant. I hope this will be reviewed.

The hotel looked nice, cleanliness is important. When I was ready for bed I saw that the sheets were dirty. Grease and dirt stains on one of the sheets. I arrive at the hotel at midnight. Was not going to make a big fuss about it since I was there only one night and to wake up early for my flight. Thankfully I had my own blanket to cover me so I didn’t use the dirty sheet.

Very close to the airport. The Hotel is brand new and offers services just like in the USA. Everything is new and clean, the staff is very welcoming and the amenities are a 10/10. Highly recommend it!!

Stay away if you want a good experience, care for
1. Good service vs. Rudeness: The best of the hotel was the quality of service received by Carlos and Andre in the restaurant who were amazing. Two of the Front Desk attendants were also particularly willing to help (unfortunately didn't get their names). They looked almost out of context given the general rudeness of the rest of the staff. The worst was the rudeness of the rest of the people. The doorman Andre was outstandingly RUDE and unwilling to help. The rooftop bar barman was also quite rude. Staff at this hotel need training on customer service. 2. If you are working for business and need to work in the room, be aware that the hotel will refuse to clean the room unless you stop your work and leave. I was made to interrupt my work and stand in the aisle during housekeeping, or they will not do it. I interacted with the front desk, but there was no willingness to help. 3. There are no coffee machines in the room, the self-service machines in the ground floor are shut down during the day to make you pay. I was willing to pay and asked for a room service of a thermal bottle with coffee, but it was denied. 4. If you take a shower the entire floor of the bathroom floods and the room becomes a mess. 5. You must use UBER because it takes 20 minutes to get a cab. The hotel does provide transportation to the airport which is nearby.
