Overall it was quite a bad experience. From the moment you enter the hotel, there is such a strong scent that for me was difficult to support. Then the elevators were so slow and often times the card would not work to get them going. There was presumably a room service, but there was no menu or instructions how to order food from the room. I tried twice to book a massage, there was no availability. One morning there was a horrible alarm that went on for more than 30'. There was no public announcement from the hotel staff on what was going on. I had booked a junior suite, but it was a very mediocre room in terms of both space and furniture. I can't even imagine what the basic room would look like.

Nice chic hotel in center of Madrid
This is a cute hotel in the central District of Madrid. The rooms were adequate in size, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar area is quite nice. If I were to travel back to Madrid for a few days I would consider this hotel again.

Nice location in a central area. Waking dictance from Pdado, Retiro park, shoppig awerywhere around, plenty all kind of eateries. We didn't use transport, everything was around. Friendly, professional staff. good breakfast ( was included). Hihgly recommend!

This was a very nice hotel close to transportation and activities in Madrid. The staff was great. The one thing that we would note is that the seat in the roll-in shower was narrow and the legs did not lock into place well. We did not have any issues but it did make us a bit nervous.

Just a few steps from the Gran Via with a bus stop directly across the street and Metro Callao station a 5-minute walk. Fantastic location for access, shopping, dining. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Easy on the eyes as well.

Location is great. Callao subway station is nearby. A lot of attractions are within walking distance like the Royal palace, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Espana. There's a swimming pool at the rooftop which is a plus during hot summer days. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure. McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Carl's Jr as well as boba tea places are nearby on Gran Via. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

The location was very nice. Good breakfast The views were not as promised - patio was not really a patio but a tiny balcony with view of the internal yard and windows from other units Elevator was broken the last day so had to wait for another elevator more than 15 min each time The room was generally very nice and the bathroom/shower very big Could not figure out how to make TV work. Was not really a problem with all the walking and trips.
