The apartment is in a good area for accessing transit, restaurants, and sites. The neighborhood is good. Metro stations are close and it takes just a few minutes to get to tourist sites like the Sol plaza and the Royal Palace but is far enough away to get away from to tourist crowds. Using transit to and from the airport is easy and cheap as well. The condition of the apartment is a little rough but not bad. Cleanliness could be a little better. Some of the electrical sockets and switches should be changed out or tightened up. It's OK for the price if you don't need the Ritz.

Nos costó localizar la calle, y luego poder contactar con el propietario. Lo tuvimos que hacer mediante Vrbo, estuvimos más de 2hs esperando hasta que pudimos entrar.

À fuir, mauvaise prestataire privé!
A fuire à fuire , pas de consigne d arrivée, personne qui réceptionne à votre arrivée!!!! L’insatisfaction a été atteint lorsque Jose l’interlocuteur qui répondait au message avant notre arrivé et plus personne au moment de notre arrivé. On a dû appeler Abritel pour avoir les informations exact sur place afin qu’ une personne nous apporter la clé de l’appartement (1h 30 d attente). Nous ne sommes pas très exigeant mais là le minimum n’était pas atteint. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu d autant plus que l’appartement était très vieillot, prises cassées avec risque d' électrocution et dangereuses, attention aux petits enfants. Tous est vieillissants, les mobiliers et des chaises horribles, à croire que vous êtes chez Dracula. En plus de cet appartement qui n' est pas à la hauteur et pas un mot ou document explicatif du fonctionnement, le manque de considération envers les clients est inacceptable !!! J ai relancé le fameux José au moins 10fois sans exagérer pour une facture, sans réponse de sa part, c' est inadmissible! Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des commentaires négatifs mais je suis tellement déçue de cette prestation, a supprimer du site de Abritel. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une location de fuir celui-ci.

El mobiliario muy deteriorado, las camas duras y el edificio muy ruidoso se escuchan los ruidos de los demás apartamentos. Lo mejor es la ubicación, por lo demás me parece caro en relación a la calidad.

Edificio bien ubicado pero con defectuosas instalaciones comunes … muy dejadas. El piso en si algo destartalado, mal preparado, sábanas sucias, mal olor y por supuesto no hay correlación entre precio y calidades de la vivienda. No lo recomiendo. Tuvimos que buscar hotel/alojamiento proximo de manera urgente dadás las circunstancias

La ubicación no estaba mal, tienes varias tiendas para comprar, tanto de alimentación como de ropa. Tema limpieza, el piso estaba limpio y ordenado, El punto negativo es la humedad que hay en el piso, hay una de las habitaciones que esta al lado del baño con 2 camas individuales, una de ellas estaba empapada de agua, literal, la tocabas y la mano mojada del agua que tenia el colchón... la humedad de esa habitación es inhumana, las paredes, el techo... no veo correcto que se alquile un piso en esas condiciones, cuando sales de casa, es tanta la humedad que se impregna en la ropa y se queda ese mal olor que resulta incomodo, El termo de agua caliente punto negativo también, solo da para una persona y con suerte 2... éramos 4 y las otras 2 personas no pudieron ducharse con agua caliente y en pleno invierno, Cuando le comentamos estos temas a la persona que nos entrego las llaves, le dio igual...
