Overall, my stay was good. The customer service was impeccable and the hotel is relatively close and easy to get to and from the airport. I think I got the worst room in the whole hotel though, since I was placed in the basement room furthest away from reception. The lack of windows meant that there was little to no ventilation down there (hence the complaints left on some of the other reviews about the smell). However, the smell wasn't so bad, just not the pleasant impression when you first walk into the room. Everything was pretty clean and the decor was nice enough. Just a shame that it felt a bit dingy because it was underground. There was no wifi signal in my room and the TV didn't work. My neighbours were noisy in the morning, so it would be good if the doors were a little more soundproofed (there were cracks of light around the frame, letting all the sound in). But the little fridge was handy and I was only staying for 1 night during my flight layover. All in all, I got what I paid for - a budget-friendly airport hotel. If you're lucky, you'll get one of the rooms pictured!
