room 512 has the sink broken smells terrible , had to change, new room no bath tub, the room service menu missing

Hôtel cool!

Pros: Le concept sur le thème du cinéma.
Cons: Veiller à soigner la propreté.
Location: Il y a comme même quelques commerces intéressants, mais pas grand chose à visiter dans ce quartier.
Avec difficulté pour arriver depuis la station du métro. L'accueil à la réception a été cordiale. Sympa avec les images du cinéma sur les murs. Ma chambre était correcte. Literie confortable. Bruyant; manque d'isolation antibruit entre les chambres. Pas beaucoup de choix sur la carte du menu.

Sympathique séjour en famille

Séjour très sympa, les enfants ont adoré la déco. L'hôtel est proche du métro, el Retiro n 'est pas loin pour le jogging matinal. Le petit déjeuner a été très apprecié, il était généreux avec plein de produits espagnols dont les fameux churros. Seul point négatif , l'accueil à la réception très minimaliste: impossibilité de nous procurer un simple ciseau pour couper une étiquette ! Par ailleurs un effort pourrait être fait pour le nettoyage des joints du carrelage de la douche!
