LA PARCELA SE COMPARTE CON UNA UNICA PERSONA, (en verano no suele estar, no usa la piscina ni el jardín mientras haya huéspedes).

Chalet grande de 300 m2 con vistas y todas las comodidades a 15 minutos de Madrid y del aeropuerto de Barajas.

El chalet se encuentra ubicado en una de las mejores urbanizaciones del norte de Madrid. Está muy próximo a la capital y tiene un acceso muy fácil a la autovía. Goza de una ubicación geográfica estratégica.

La parcela de 2000 m2 se comparte con un apartamento totalmente independiente donde habita una única persona de nacionalidad sueca y que en verano no suele estar.

La urbanización se encuentra rodeada de bosques y está a escasos kilómetros de la Sierra de Madrid, donde se esparcen un sinfín de encantadores pueblos además de contar con mucha diversidad de actividades al aire libre y excursiones.

Santo Domingo es una urbanización cerrada con vigilancia 24 h. Contiene un Centro Comercial, con una variada oferta de más de cuarenta establecimientos (restaurantes, farmacia 12h., supermercado, banco, correos…). Además hay zonas para montar en bici y club deportivo.

A 1 km de dos de los mejores Clubs de Golf de España, RACE y Club de Campo y del Circuito del Jarama.

Fantastic Villa
The villa is fantastic. Spacious, lovely grounds and pool. The villa is in an ideal location for commuting to Madrid within half an hour by bus. I would highly recommend this villa, and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again for another holiday!

Para tenerlo considerado como sitio de referencia
Se trataba de pasar un par de semanas desconectados y disfrutando de la familia y del lugar. Y esta casa y su anfitriona no solamente cubrieron nuestras expectativas sino que las sobrepasaron. La comunicación muy fluida y ella siempre muy atenta y pendiente de que todo funcionara a la perfección. Volveremos sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias de verdad!!

La casa y la finca son muy grandes. Hemos aprovechado la piscina, las terrazas y la zona de barbacoa. El contacto con la propietaria ha sido eficaz, cercano y rápido. Tuvimos un problema con la caldera pero prontamente la propietaria lo solucionó. La casa está preparada con todos los utensilios necesarios. Una de las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado. En general la estancia ha sido muy buena.
