We made this booking while traveling past dinner time. No staff ever showed up to let us in when we rang night service bell. We contacted hotel at number provided and they could not reach anyone to check us in. We left since no one was there to help us stay overnight.

In the process of renovating and modernizing but overall a decent room with stovetop that was super convenient and comfortable. The manager was an awesome guy who was helpful courteous and professional. Every need was handled by him personally and in a very timely manner. Great value overall. A beautiful park a couple blocks away was also within walking distance and my kids enjoyed it very much!

Room 22 door did not lock properly from the outside. I could not leave my personal belongings safely in the room while I left. I ultimately left a day early directly resulting from this motel failure.I lost over 100 dollars because of this. I will not return. Ever!

The bathtub faucets were broken and flooded the floor when I used the shower, AC was broken, the comforter on the bed was stained, hairdryer kept tripping the breaker, no blinds on window next to the bed and bright light outside so we couldn’t compensate for lack of AC by opening the window.

I called to let them know I would be checking in late. The woman’s English was very poor. When I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, I was told they had given my room away. There is a music festival in the area and there are NO rooms anywhere. I am a 59 yr old traveling alone who will now have to sleep in my car. Awful service!

Bathroom faucet only worked at mid-range, no specific hot or cold. One of at least two bulbs in ceiling light were burned out so the lighting wasn't good by the little table. Alexa, in the office, was friendly, fun to talk with and efficient.

I checked into this hotel in a hurry to get ready for a wedding to find the room I purchased did not have a mirror in the bathroom to get ready, and the TV was not working at all. I have a little child who needs to be by a TV at times and this was very inconvenient she offered a full refund and I have never received it still, instructed me to call OYO

Ehhhh....
Well...the water was hot, so that was nice, and the place did not have bugs, and the lady who checked us in was nice. Also the towels and sheets/blanket were clean. The room was dirty, i dont think its been swept properly for a while. The wall chipped apart in the bathroom, there was a hole (maybe suspicious) right in the shower, crumbs and dirt all over the floor, holes in the wall, the air conditioning unit was loud, the tv remote didnt work properly, the bed was uncomfortable and the bed frame would make terrible noises whenever we moved/tossed/turned....oh and the door literally had to be lifted in order to close it properly. I guess you get what ypu pay for here.
