Motorcycle club came in and parked in front of the rooms in a non parking area and continued riding and playing loud music till almost 2 am. Hotel staff did nothing. Will be looking for a new accommodation on our next trip.

More good than not.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast items were routine and lacked basics like bagels and pastries. Dining area felt crowded. Pet friendly and close to restaurants, market and gas stations. Recommend.

First time I have stayed at a hotel that kept literally damp towels and when you contact the front desk, you are told that the housekeeper likes for them to be that way. Second as you walk into the elevator the floor was covered with grass and had coffee stains on the floor. We stayed two nights and that was never touched by housekeeping. Third we came in later in the evening and asked for extra towels and the front desk clerk was like, she had given all of them out already. Fourth I admit to this, I placed the room key card in my money clip which had a magnetic strip on it and it wiped our room keys. So we went back down to the front desk and ask them to rescan them for us and the clerk was kinda rude or one would say they lacked customer service skills. She did rescan but made remarks that we would have to keep coming back if I had done that again.. Fifth the rooms smelled musky and damp as well. Beds were comfortable though. The pool area was clean but on the other hand the pool definitely could have used a cleaning and the pump circulating. Had to ask for pool towels staff was busy eating breakfast. Yes, I am aware that we all need breaks in our shifts. With the reviews that were listed on Expedia, I was surprised to find the hotel was not up to expectations.

It was not a very clean hotel they were having plumbing problems and the water was shut off. Ceiling was leaking in the kitchen area. Breakfast was not very sanitary. Rough looking characters seemed to be living in hotel. I didn’t feel very safe.
