Lovely home
I would highly recommend this home if you’re visiting the Madison area. We especially enjoyed the backyard space and the firepit. Home was located on a quiet street within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the riverfront.

Railing needed
The home was amazing, it had everything we needed and then some. Very clean and beds comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest is putting some sort of railing at the very top of the steps where it turns to the left. My sister who is 74 had a hard time going the last few steps because she didn’t have anything to hold onto.

Marvelous stay at Madison
Delightful stay! House was lovely and just as described. Tastefully decorated with modern fixtures and furniture while keeping much of the character of this older home. Traveled with another couple, very spacious for the four of us. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Every amenity one could think of in the large, well-appointed kitchen! Inviting outdoor space. Great location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and walking along the riverfront. Made for a perfect three day get away. We will definitely return!

Mom Retreat
Five moms from Cincinnati came for a girls weekend. The house was magnificent. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows… We took pictures of the tag and we will be ordering them. We can’t wait to come again and stay in the same house. Our trip will be later next year to be able to use the backyard which is also amazing with a pass-through window from the kitchen to the back yard! We walked everywhere! Coffee, food and shopping is right around the corner! Clifty Falls is so close. We give an A+ rating for this wonderfully appointed home.

Quaint updated home
My husband and I stayed with our 3 teenage children. The bedrooms were perfect. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the updated bathrooms. They have somehow kept the old home feel yet added modern touches. We didn’t have much time to spend outside but imagine it as a perfect place for lots of outdoor entertainment. We visited Clift Falls and Hanover College while we were there. The home was 1 block away from food and lots of shopping including many cute stores and antique shopping. The river walk on the other side a few blocks away was also nice. The check in process was so easy. The little touches like extra coffee pods, (we forgot ours) and amazing smelling soaps in the bathroom, cute cookbooks and the accent wall make this Vrbo different than any other. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for making our first trip to Madison easy and memorable!

Pictures cant do this house justice. What an amazing house and location. The house is so comfortable and cozy. Totally stocked with all the necessities and the best appliances and kitchen staples. Bedrooms are awesome and beds and pillows are so comfy! Will definitely n back.

Perfect stay for our girls trip!
Adorably beautiful home with everything you need for a getaway in Madison and Clifty Falls State Park. Perfect location for a trip to Madison. We literally walked everywhere except to the state park. Private back patio was awesome for hanging with friends outdoors! Very comfortable furnishings in the living room and beds and bedding were so comfortable I took pics of the labels to buy for my own home. Easy check in and out. Super friendly owners/management. Will definitely check availability next time we’re in the area.

Perfect location for weekend Madison visit!
Three adults for an 80th birthday weekend. House was perfect and just as described - clean, well-appointed, and perfect for walking to restaurants and all Main Street shops. We parked Friday and didn’t use our cars all weekend. Central to Main Street and riverfront if you’re okay with a small hill. Backyard is adorable and a great hangout. Temps outside were very hot, A/C was more than capable, but wish I had brought a small fan for sleeping, just to move the air around. Would stay again in a heartbeat and probably will!
