Everything was clean the hotel room, the restaurant breakfast area. The pool water and pool is really dirty. The kid pull had rust in the water or maybe poo. Everything else was good. Just look area needed updates or cleaning

I was surprised by how nice this place was for the price I paid. The room had a very high ceiling, so I couldn't hear much of anything in the room above. The bed was king sized and very comfortable, the room was huge and cozy. Staff was polite, helpful and professional. The pool was more of a small water park, which was a nice bonus. It felt like it could've been a little more clean but was nice. We didn't have a room overlooking the pool, which was good for us, but I thought for families with small kids, that could be nice. The hotel was in a nice, quiet, safe area, lots of shopping and dining options near by. I would stay here again. Overall very happy.

The hot tub in the pool area had something floating in it. Kids were being unsafe in the pool, throwing stuff at people coming down the slide, jumping off of the display trees, etc... Lifeguards said nothing. At night, there were roaming packs of kids yelling, fighting, running in hallways, knocking on doors. Numerous people called the front desk, but they didn't care. We've stayed here in the past and had no problem, but after this experience, we'll stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff was very rude to the point of one of the staff cursing and the other holding up a piece of paper to whisper about guests. So many kids in the halls and no parents.

Not a great experience. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. I called the reception desk and the receptionist herself had to clean it. The sheets didn’t smell clean either. I won’t be staying at this hotel if I can avoid it.

The kiddie pool area needed some cleaning & repairs. The slide coming off the boat looked like someone hit it with a hammer in a few locations: cracks & pieces missing. I am surprised a child has not scraped up their backside when going down. There were areas around the crocodile that looked dirty. Some adults were taking beverages into the pool and the life guards did not tell them to stop. Despite the pool issues, I would return. Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

Chose hotel specifically for their 24 hr airport shuttle but when I tried to arrange it at the front desk they said they didn’t have a driver. They told us to arrange for a cab with Union Cab and they would pay for it (they have an account). When the taxi arrived, the night manager Vijay refused to sign off on it and was extremely unhelpful. He refused to call the manager or someone who could approve it and we were late getting to the airport because of that.
