The staff was nice and the hotel is in an area I felt safe in. The hotel itself needs to be updated. The room and decor is old. The counter by the sink was not wiped down properly. Hair in the shower and hair stuck to the ice box in the fridge that was over frozen. The mattresses are sleep able but stiff and older. It's manageable for one night to get through but I wouldn't want to stay in the hotel more than 2 nights. If it's a quick trip, it's at least safe enough for the price offered but could be updated and cleaned better.

NO free breakfast as advertised, two buildings NO Ice machine in our building, door keys/locks did not work properly ~ took multiple tries to get doors to open, faucet in our room installed wrong (hot was cold, cold was hot), dirty towel hanging on hook in our bathroom when we arrived.

Room was extremely dirty and gross. Dust every where and stains all over lamps, furniture and carpet. I refused to even shower there, the bathroom was awful. The air didn’t work and it was 90 plus degrees out. The area around hotel seemed safe and ok, but the guests at hotel were all questionable. A guest was fighting with the front desk when I first got there, there were always people outside smoking weed and there were several people grilling and sleeping behind the dumpster my car was parked by.

The property was incredibly run down in all areas. I couldn't tell if the beds were clean because the sheets were stained and ripped. The hotel needs a total renovation before I would ever consider staying there again.

I booked this hotel because it was listed as breakfast included. I found out upon check in that it was not included. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great, it was a broken window AC.
