We were there for 4 nights. Only got maid service for new towels one time though we asked for a second & third time. Bed pillows most uncomfortable in my life. Comfortable bed. Shower rod hanging by a "thread" to wall, hair dryer - same. We got back side view of alley and large truck parked there first 2 nights was very disturbing. Decent breakfast however.

The hot tub was Luke warm-could have been 5° warmer. The shower ceiling was peeling and the shower floor was brown. Hopefully they were doing remodeling in some places-walls and stairs were chipped. There was an hour left to serve breakfast and they were out of eggs and wouldn’t make more. The bed and room was comfortable.

Amazing staff!
Staff were awesome. Front desk and morning breakfast crew were amazing!!! Best people. So friendly. Room was actually a little gross. We flew out early the next morning so we just considered it “urban camping” for the cost we spent. Would not go back.

I stay here each time I go to Madison. This time it was under re-modeling and in dissarray. Room 149 was remote from other rooms and needed LONG time to get hot water. Room 606 was nice, but had issues that I wrote down and handed to the desk upon leaving.

Do a better job of taking care of your guests
Check in was ok, the guy was a little rude and seemed to want to rush us through. Not a fan of businesses like this being under construction and not having it screened off so you can see how disorganized and cluttered they were. Overall for the money we payed it was not worth it.

Needs some help.
It looked like the hotel is going through extensive remodeling. That's good because the place needs it. The reception area was all but empty except for a check in desk. People were friendly. The hall outside our room looked like it had new carpet. The room was a suite but was tiny and brekky enough room for the bed, sofa bed and roll away that we needed. The bathroom was barely the size of a closet. No grab bars in the bathroom at all. Lamps in the room had AC plugs that didn't work well. TV was adequate but picture was blurry. Cleanliness was very good. Needs we're comfortable.

Be sure to check with the property to see if they have finished renovation. When I booked in March, there was NO indication that the property was going to be renovated. Entire first floor was in a state of chaos. However, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. I would recommend another property until they complete their overhaul.

This property has a notice that they are updating the property, however, I did not see any construction taking place. The carpet in the hallways and in the room were disgusting. Carpets were stained and the halls smelled of a strong perfume. I would highly recommend that you wait until updates and construction work have been completed.

I stayed for one night with my two teenage daughters. The one positive we can point out is the air conditioning worked well. The property looks great from the outside, however inside was another story. The lobby smelled of smoke (cigarette and marijuana). The elevators had food in them. There were plates of leftover food randomly in the hallway as well. We walked down a long deserted hallway with several room doors propped open, flickering lights, and paper on the floors to find the pool. It did not feel safe at all. The hot tub was empty and the pool door not look nice. We decided not to swim. In our room, the door did not match without firmly pulling it closed, the toilet seat was barely hanging on the toilet, the shower made an awful sound, the one chair was in very bad shape, and the picture on the television was terrible. The room did seem clean though, and the beds were comfortable.
