Ok i liked everything but there was a hair dryer missing. There was no shampoo. I dont know if thats how you guys do it. And the water, i dont what kind of water that was but that water washed off body wash or face wash or hand wash out of my skin. Those were the things to be improved. Other than that it’s the best

The room was mediocre at best. The coffee machine had missing parts so it was unusable, the sheets had stains that we cleaned ourselves and there was a used condom under the couch that we noticed when we went to pull out the second bed. The bed and pull out bed were the most uncomfortable things ever. I get it, you get what you pay for especially in rural South Dakota but simple cleanliness of the room is all I expected.

No housekeeping until we asked on Day 4 of our stay; they just dropped off new towels but didn't do anything else. Otherwise it's a very nice facility.

Because the water in the bathroom is obviously soft, it made the bathtub very slippery! I used the shampoo in the dispenser and rinsed my hair for a long time. As I was getting out of the shower I slipped and fell in the tub! I feel there should of be more anti slip strips in the tub to help with this. I am 68 and have never fallen in the shower before! This should be addressed as it could easily happen to someone else.

Bathroom floor was full of other people’s hair and just dirty. Found a large hair in the bed when we pulled the sheets down to get into bed. My niece found a dirty sock and bugs in the pull out couch and ended up switching rooms at 1 am. Overall not a terrible place to stay but could really IMPROVE THEIR CLEANING!!

We checked in around 4pm and are room was still not done. As we where at the front desk checking in they went down to are room and had to put towels and stuff in are room. Coffee pot was not even on the counter and the room and bathroom where not very clean

Sheets and pillowcases were very yellow and dingy carpet felt dirty Found a small bug on the bed when we were leaving could’ve been a bedbug we showed it to the Attendant He said it was a bug off the trees don’t know. Their attendance and manager were very nice other than the cleans it was OK

The furniture inside the rooms was old and smelly. The furniture in the room referring to the desk and the headboard was dusty. I have asthma and it was not good for me not happy at all.
