What made it a special stay was the reception staff. The way they treat the guests is incredible. African receptionist, can't remember her name and the manager on duty, they were very flexible and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable

Over priced and rude staff. For example, I requested for to checkout at 1 PM instead of normal 12:00 and the guy at the front desk very rudely said “ NO”. So I gave him a favor to leave at 7:00AM 5 hours early so they will get sufficient time to makeup the room. They definitely need to trained the staff specially the Asian staff. To be honest I would rather prefer to stay in other hotel even though it’s far from office.

Nice stay
Pleasant hotel, if not isolated but this is expected from this location. Relaxing hotel with good amenities and very clean. Good location if working in one of the nearby sites and saves the longer drive from AD Also a dry hotel.

Amazing stay
My stay was wonderful. I live near this hotel but never thought I would stay here sunce its so close to my villa. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and its huge. I stayed during Ramadan so the pool stayed opened till midnight and tge match was playing on outside screen. If you want to get away from the city, you should book a room here. You won't be disappointed!
