I had a great stay and the best time. The staff are super nice. The room was nice and well stocked with toiletries and amenities. The location can't be beat. It is SO convenient to walk to wherever you want to go. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so welcoming to me as a visiting Canadian. I really felt safe and happy here.

I traveled from the USA to Saudi Arabia and stayed for two nights at the Jiwar Al Madina Hotel. I really loved the hotel’s location—just a five-minute walk to the masjid gate. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and linens The only issue I encountered was that the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement.

This property was a huge let down. They charged an arm and a leg and presented themselves as 9/10 property. I would rate it at 3/10 at best. Rooms are dirty and dark. Very old and dated furnishings. Also the location shown on map is incorrect. This property is located a few blocks farther back than shown in expedia maps. There are clear material discrepancies in the description. I actually walked out of the hotel and hot a room elsewhere. Sadly, even Expedia did not give a damn. They forced me to pay for the reservation even though the property was mis-advertised and falsely advertised. Beware!
