Before we went out to dinner, we put the heat on because it was chilly in the room and when we got back an hour later, it was blowing cold air no heat. So I called the front desk and they immediately sent somebody up to try and fix it, when that failed failed another room two doors down

Property was clean and stay was good . Breakfast was good with multiple options. Checkin and check out was quick , indoor hot pool was additional. I would definitely recommend this place for stay if your traveling in this area with family & kids

Our room was dingy and smelly. The desk was very worn. The door looked as if someone had forced their way into the room at some point and the door jam was loose from the frame.

It was amazing! Next time with children, I will request a lower level room. As soon as we got settled good, someone below complained about noise. Children make noise and move about (ages 3-5).
