Friendly front desk. I did inform her at checkout that 2 of the rooms in my booking ( 106,112) had shower enclosure wall with significant black mold. The carpet adjacent to shower was saturated with water s d I had to go to bed with wet feet since the carpet area was adjacent to bed. Breakfast was kinda pitiful

Was not happy about how I was spoken to by the night shift person. Was making a cup of coffe at 5:55 I turned the light on so I could see and she said behind the desk I have that light off for a reason. Could not even come out to tell me and the way she said it was very rude. We stay at your hotels for every race but if this is how I am to be treated I may just pick another hotel.

The morning after we arrived, there was major construction above us that woke us up. Then a barking dog in the hallway outside our door continued for quite a while.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great! The building is currently being renovated, so some rooms are updated and some are not, and I did end up getting a big ole nail in one of my tires from all the scaffolding and debris in front of the building. The surrounding area was a little sketchy but we slept through the night without a worry.

In the process of remodeling. We had a lovely updated room. Clean, pleasant. The hall had some construction dust on carpet but not material to our stay. Breakfast typical of hotel free breakfast.

The mattress had bulging springs, and the reason you get a hotel is to get some good rest. The caulk around the inside of the sink - which you can see clearly when you sit on the toilet - is full of mold and mildew. There were hairs on my sheets. It was just bad, bad. They are renovating at this location, but renovations do not change a LaQuinta into a Four Seasons.
