Bad night with dog barking all the time.
unfortunately this time i did not have a good experience, on oct 27 i arrived at 10pm room 112 unfortunately the room upstairs had a dog that ran all the time and barked a lot, at 1am i asked if i could change rooms but on the 1st floor there were no rooms with a king bed and on the 2nd floor i did not want to stay because the dog was there. i decided to leave. i was only in the hotel for 3 hours and unfortunately the hotel did not help me with a refund of my money.

I got 2 rooms, one had celing damage and the other had mold and cockroaches. Staff was friendly though.

Room didn't have a coffee maker. No coffee available in lobby after breakfast. Areas in the room needed paint. Loose handles on the faucets. A bit more maintenance and care is needed at this facility..

It's really Spartan the food was pretty lousy the room was vinyl flooring no furniture but the bed in one table it's pretty run down but it was available and reasonably conveniently located no gym but there is a pool it wasn't that expensive so I guess it's okay

Room wasn't ready until 530 pm, staff (3 people, 2 men, 1woman) was at the front desk treated me like i was invisible BUT 1 of the men that was on the phone did place his call on hold, to let me know he'll be right with me. That was kind of him, he spoke as if he was the GM or owner. The room was clean. Older housekeeper, I spoke to her at the elevator twice, thinking she didnt hear me but i guess she wasnt in the mood to speak from the way she looked at me. They say 1st impressions are the best impressions.
