No overhang to unload. Luggage carts all broken in different ways. No breakfast of any kind. No ice machines. Side door broken. On the other hand the room/suite was nice, clean and comfortable. We had 2 double beds. The tv was very small, drip coffee maker with very stale coffee mate cream.

The property is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and major highways - quiet and convenient. The room was small, but it and the bedding was comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with stovetop, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator. There was no food service, however, and the pantry's refrigerator was broken, so there were no food items available other than snacks.

Great Customer Service
The room was large with exce L lent anenities. Tbe staff at the front desk were kind and courteous, making a great impression. Due to time constraints, i wish they had provided a quick breakfast for customers.
