The property was nice and clean. 3 men and we each had our own bed in one room. very convenient to the bus to Machu Picchu. We were a bit winded going up the stairs to the 5th floor, partly due to the elevation and our ages lol
Horizonte did not disappoint! Beautiful cozy small hotel. Good beds and nice bathroom as well. Friendly staff that would always assist you. Great morning breakfast. The views from this hotel is amazing 10/10
Located so close to the Main Street. Easy walk to the market and restaurants for food. Tourist office and bus station are within 3 minutes. Only downside is there’s no elevator. We were on the 5th floor. So with the altitude and asthma, shortness of breath was inevitable. The rooms are clean and new. But bugs crawled everywhere. Oh well, that’s nature for me. So I left the bathroom light on all night and that’s where they stayed for the night. I appreciate the extra blankets as it gets cold at night. They made us breakfast to go for our trip to Machu Pichu. They were also fine with us leaving our stuff as we went for the tour. Very nice staff.
Lo único malo pero que en realidad en todos los hoteles de aguas calientes debe ser así, es que a todo se accede por escalera. Además en el desayuno no tienes la posibilidad de tomar agua fría, solo la venden.
